About the Journal
The IJICL is a biannual, peer-reviewed, open access journal published by the College of Law, Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University. The Journal provides an international platform for high-quality legal scholarship addressing both traditional and emerging areas of law. Publishing in Arabic and English, IJICL promotes multidisciplinary research and scholarly dialogue with a particular focus on legal developments in the Gulf region, the Middle East, and Asia, while maintaining global relevance.
